This morning, Nintendo announced a new fighter for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Steve & Alex from Minecraft will be added to the game in DLC. The presentation showed many of Minecraft’s core mechanics used in Smash Bros. including building, minecarts, TNT, and elytra wings. Zombie and Enderman were also shown. An in-depth look into Steve & Alex with director Masahiro Sakurai will be given in a follow-up stream this Saturday at 7:30 a.m. PT/10:30 a.m. ET.
