She said it would be a lot easier to blame COVID and living in the heat of Arizona as to why she hasn\u2019t been working out.&nbsp;&nbsp;The reality is that she has picked up some unhealthy eating habits along with not working out. Bella noted her fianc\u00e9 is a very good chef!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mom informed her fans that this weight loss journey is a healthy one for her baby boy because she still plans on breastfeeding him.
