Thankfully, country music star Carrie Underwood is back from her smash hit platinum album <em>Cry Pretty<\/em> (2018) to present her first Christmas album, <em>My Gift<\/em>. The album consists of 11 tracks and two features&#8211; including &#8220;Sweet Baby Jesus&#8221;, &#8220;O Holy Night&#8221; and &#8220;Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee&#8221;. Underwood also adds the likes of John Legend on &#8220;Hallelujah&#8221; and Isaiah Fisher on &#8220;Little Drummer Boy&#8221; to assist her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Underwood has been on fire ever since her win on &#8216;American Idol&#8217; back in 2014 and shows no signs of slowing down with 7 GRAMMY&#8217;s to her name; Additionally, her past 8 albums have either been platinum or multi-platinum and she holds the title for the most CMT wins with 20 awards. Her accolades and talent are undeniable so it is only fitting that her Christmas album is one of the most highly anticipated albums of the year. Since the wrapping of the <em>Cry Pretty<\/em> tour she has had her eyes set on releasing this album. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI knew this would be my next music project after wrapping my tour last year, and I think it\u2019s turned out to be the perfect time for an album like this, in this period of such personal and spiritual reflection.&#8221;
